The Fitness Center is open
If you haven’t seen the fitness room at The Helm, be sure to stop by. There are PhysioStep machines, a treadmill, light weight, exercise bands. There’s so much in there, we can’t capture it all in one photo. The Fitness Center is free of charge to members and on a first-come, first-serve basis with time limitations on machines as necessary. Simply complete a usage form and you can start exercising! And, come by on Tuesdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m. to work with a personal trainer!
