Cultural Exploration
It was a great day at The Helm learning about Latinos in America as part of The Helm Cultural Exploration Series. Osvaldo Rivera, professor, author and consultant, captivated the audiences with his engaging presentation. Music and dance followed the presentation adding quite the festive touch to this wonderful learning experience.

Cake decorating is always a hit at The Helm. This class was Halloween focused. Participants decorated a cake like a Halloween monster – green or purple.
It’s not the neatest of classes, but cake decorating certainly is a fun and lively one!
